Norwich Writers’ Circle’s successful 2013/14 programme continued with a Manuscript Evening at The Assembly House on 15th April.
The meeting, designed to give both members and visitors an opportunity to read out their work out aloud and receive feedback, featured a selection of scripts. The range of work read aloud varied from a magical children’s tale to an historicial crime short story, and from a selection of humorous poems to a travelogue. Several of the manuscripts read out during the evening sparked lively discussions within our writing group.
NWC next meet on 6th May when Gill Blanchard will be adjudicating our Family History Competition.
